Condensing boilers offer high efficiency and low maintenance. 1500 MBH condensing boilers were provided to MOWA.

McCotter Energy Systems provided Riello Array 2,000 MBH Condensing Boilers to the Pritzker Military Archives Center.

McCotter Energy provided an L.J. Wing VIFB Coil to the Milwaukee Art Museum.

Each boiler cycles only 1-2 times per day as a result of the 20:1 turndown of each boiler (80:1 plant turndown).
